Full Breed DNA Profile – Orivet
Our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive DNA testing through Orivet, or Embark. DNA testing allows us to identify breed-specific hereditary conditions and traits, ensuring we make well-informed breeding decisions that prioritise the long-term health of our puppies.

Annual Reproductive Health Reviews
Our breeding dogs receive annual reproductive health assessments with our experienced reproductive veterinarian. These in-depth reviews include:
✔ Patella (kneecap) evaluations
✔ Bite alignment checks
✔ Reproductive health monitoring
✔ Overall health condition
This ongoing care allows us to track health over time and maintain peak breeding fitness.

Hips & Elbows Scoring
Our breeding mums undergo hips and elbows scoring, via Lavelle’s Diagnostic Imaging to evaluate joint integrity with the aim to reduce the risk of hereditary dysplasia.

Heart Certification
In certain pairings where I may perform an extra layer of health care, we seek heart certification from Perth heart specialist Dr. Rita Singh. This added layer of screening ensures cardiac health is not overlooked and reflects our true commitment to best-practice breeding.

All health testing results are verified via RightPaw, supplied to MDBA and available for viewing on puppy collection day.
